MELTEX employs over 340 skilled professionals in plastic technology, from Helsinki to Oulu. We take pride in our specialized expertise in civil engineering and HVAC supplies, high-quality products, and fast deliveries across Finland.
Our operations began in 1993 with the production of field drainage pipes. Since then, the company’s growth has been steady, even outpacing the market significantly. Despite rapid development, growth has remained profitable year after year.
Today, Meltex is one of the largest domestic manufacturers of plastic wells and pipes. In 2023, our revenue exceeded 113 million euros.

At MELTEX, the range of job roles is extremely broad. Different positions include sales, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, and production. Regardless of the role, there is a ‘can-do’ attitude throughout the entire team, which is reflected in our customer satisfaction.
Our goal is to deliver the best quality in both construction products and services to our customers. High-quality products, efficient logistics, and knowledgeable sales service are the key elements that define MELTEX.

We are always interested in skilled and hardworking individuals. In 2023, we hired over 40 new employees. Our already strong team gained new talent in various positions, including production, logistics, and sales.
