Radon barrier for sealing the subfloor structure.
MX Radon Barrier creates an air seal in the subfloor, which not only prevents radon from penetrating indoor spaces but also blocks capillary moisture from rising into the structures. MX Radon Barrier is extremely durable in structure, yet easy to install due to its flexibility. Its high elongation capacity means strong durability in both job site conditions and when installed.

MX Radon Barrier is securely adhered to the substrate using adhesive sealant, such as butyl sealant or sealing adhesive. Joints should overlap by 15-20 cm. MX Radon Barrier is installed according to the roll’s unrolling direction.
