Electro-galvanized fitting with internal threads for joining steel pipes in heating and solar energy systems as well as in compressed air and cooling system applications.
The Sanha® Therm product series offers a complete range of fittings with the renowned Sanha® quality. The galvanized coating provides reliable protection against corrosion for decades. The compression fittings are also suitable for sprinkler installations, as they are VdS approved. Electro-galvanized steel is not recommended for use in potable water installations.
The sealing ring of Sanha® compression fittings is made of EPDM rubber, and they can be identified as galvanized material by the red dot on the outer surface of the fitting, preventing them from being confused with, for example, chromed compression fittings.
