Property-specific stormwater detention system for slowing down the flow of rain and meltwater.

The Carat detention well is a fully installation-ready solution that prevents flooding of stormwater drains by slowing down the flow. The tank has pre-installed 110 mm inlet and outlet connections, and the outlet pipe has an overflow pipe for handling tank filling. The well connects to the stormwater pipe coming from the gutter or stormwater well before municipal infrastructure.

During heavy rainfall, the well begins to fill and slows down the water flow, and after the rain, the well gradually empties. The low-profile tank allows for easy slopes to be implemented. Additionally, the well is lightweight for handling and transport.

The durable tank is CE marked for material durability and watertightness according to EN 12566-3 standards. The well has a 15-year guarantee on materials and watertightness.

A sand separator must be installed before the detention well.
