Product details

Adjustable electrofusion elbow joint for connecting pressure pipes. The adjustment allows welding the pipe at any angle between 0-12 degrees.

Plasson’s electrofusion fittings are made from PE100 polyethylene and meet international standards for drinking water and gas. The metal reinforcements of the fittings are made of stainless steel. The reinforcement sleeves, bolts, and nuts are made of galvanized steel, meaning they are electrically galvanized. The electrofusion fittings are manufactured for pressure class PN16 for water and PN10 for gas, unless otherwise specified.

Plasson is certified according to the ISO 9001 quality assurance system. ISO 9001 requires careful monitoring of the entire production process. The pipe fittings are designed, tested, and inspected according to Plasson’s internal standards, which comply with the requirements of standards SS-EN1555 and SS-EN12201.

Plasson’s welding fittings can be welded using Plasson’s fully automatic welding machine as well as other welding machines equipped with a barcode reader. The diameter of the cable terminals for Plasson’s fittings is 4 mm. When using other welding machines, an adapter (Product 140055) is required.

All weldable parts are delivered with barcode labels for reading welding values and a manufacturing code for traceability. The welding time for Plasson’s welding fittings is always the same regardless of the ambient temperature.
