Ground source heat collection well for connecting collection circuits.

NOTE! The sealing material of the Plasson compression fittings used in the well is NBR. Ensure the material’s compatibility with the ground source heat fluid being used.

The sealing material of the NC-Flow valves is EPDM.

The material of the Plasson fittings is polypropylene.

The Meltex ground source heat collection well has been developed in collaboration with customers. The main advantage of the well is the implementation of collection pipe connections using compression fittings instead of electrofusion. This significantly speeds up the installation time of the product, as the pipes can be pressed into place without waiting for welding and cooling times.

The penetrations for the collection pipes (40 mm) into the well are made with penetration seals that have been sealed during manufacturing. This way, not all circuits need to be activated immediately, and during installation, it is only necessary to ensure that the shut-off and line adjustment valves of the unused circuits are tightly closed.

The line adjustment valves of the collection well are equipped with optical flow meters, making it very easy to balance the collection circuits under site conditions.

Ground source heat collection wells are available in two models:

MX ground source heat collection well, 2-3 circuits (manifold inlet 75 mm)
MX ground source heat collection well, 4-5 circuits (manifold inlet 90 mm)
