PA-VE Odor removal unit

PA-VE activated carbon filter is specifically designed for odor removal in wastewater pumping stations and sewers. The filter is installed in place of the ventilation pipe of the pumping station or sewer. The treated air flows through the filter by means of the sewer’s natural ventilation.

The selection of filter materials considers odor compounds present in wastewater sewers, with hydrogen sulfide being the most significant cause of odor issues. In addition to activated carbon, the filter material contains chemical agents that break down odor compounds attached to the filter.

The appropriate PA-VE activated carbon filter is selected based on the design flow rate of the pumping station.
