Pipe for drainage, crossings, and directing stormwater or rainwater underground in lightly loaded areas.
The pipe is a so-called double-layer or twin-wall pipe, with a corrugated outer surface and a smooth inner surface. Pipes of SN4 strength class are suitable for lightly loaded applications, such as on fields, private road connections, and yard and green areas. Smaller sizes are used for directing stormwater from properties, from catch basins to groundwater wells, as well as for technical drainage around buildings. Larger sizes are used in municipal engineering to channel storm and rainwater.
Meltex manufactures the pipes according to the SFS 3453 standard, and they meet the quality requirements of RIL 128-2002. The pipes are made of durable polyethylene.
