With the MX Renovation Package and In-Drän modules, a soil filtration system can be built in conjunction with existing sludge tanks. This allows for the potential reuse of older but well-maintained settling tanks, such as those made of concrete rings, during the renovation of a wastewater system.

In-Drän is an excellent solution for demanding locations where space is limited or the terrain is challenging. Thanks to the module’s unique design, the land area required for the filtration system is only one-third of that needed for conventional soakaway or filtration solutions. The In-Drän modules operate with a honeycomb-like filter fabric and plastic support structure, which provides a significantly larger surface area compared to gravel, creating optimal conditions for bacteria and microbial activity.
