CPS pressure differential switches are designed to monitor over- and under-pressure as well as pressure differences in devices handling air and other non-combustible gases. Typical applications include monitoring fans and filters in ventilation systems. The switching point is set using a disc under the cover. CPS switches can also be used in dusty and humid environments thanks to the IP54 protected enclosure. Process connections are made with Ø 6/4 mm plastic tubing.

Installation work should only be performed by a professional.
We recommend installation so that the diaphragm is vertical. If the diaphragm is horizontal, the switching point will shift +13 Pa when the housing is above and -13 Pa when the housing is below.
Open process connections should be protected with a filter in dirty environments.
CPS switches should be installed so that they are not exposed to strong vibrations or impacts.
No liquids or vapors containing silicone should enter the enclosure.
Freezing may cause malfunction or damage in cold conditions.
For mounting, it is recommended to use only two screws to prevent stress on the enclosure.
