Flashing kit for tile roofs for installing exhaust and ventilation pipes as well as roof ventilators.
The MX flashing kit fits the most common 2-wave roof tiles available on the market. The utility width of the flashing is the same as that of most roof tiles on the market. The seals on the flashing plate are securely attached but can also be removed if necessary. Adjusting the flashing to fit different roof tiles is easy and quick using the adjustment disks. MX flashings are compatible with all Meltex roof ventilators and exhaust and ventilation pipes.
The flashing kit includes the flashing plate, underlayment bracket, mounting screws, and installation instructions.
